A. hi I would suggest some tips ,hope it help : first,it is important to keep your child well hydrated give Luke warm water to drink give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. give mixture of jeggary + pinch of turmeric powder and dry ginger powder ,give it in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
