#asktheexpert my son don't want to eat fruits how do I make him to eat?? till 1.5 yrs he ate after that he is not eating

as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes .
so it is common problem.
just keep your trying best
make food presentation attractive
for example
offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food
set good example by eating fruits infront of your child.
but please don't force your child
tell stories to your child for healthy eating habits.
