as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes.
so it is common problem among them.
don't worry ,just keep your trying best.
offer different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
offer mix veg paratha with different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
