#AskTheExpert My son don't eat fruits and vegetables. Even he doesn't eat sweets. Please guide me how to fulfill all the nutrients needed for him.

HarithaMom of 3 children2 years agoA. you can give him fruit juices or shakes and add a straw in that glass. they likes to drink with straw.my children are like that. and vegetables you cook well and just smash them ad mix it with rice. They dont know ad they will eat.

offer her more probiotics like curd and buttermilk
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
