#AskTheExpert my son doesn’t eat food. He sometimes don’t eat for days, n thats the reason why he gets constipated. Please help.

Write Your Answer HereDear Mother it may be that your child is constipated that is why he is not having the proper food so you must first walk on his or constipation problem give him water or other liquids start giving papaya as it is very good for relieving constipation curd is also very good for gut health massage your baby’s tummy with him water or warm oil rotating and clockwise and anticlockwise putting pressure gently try to make your child sit on legs as on Indian toilets as this posture helps to pass the motion easily
