#AskTheExpert my son breaths at very fast pace when he is awake. while sleeping his breathing speed is normal. He is 35 days old.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this type of breathing is very common in small babies they may be taking rapid breathing for sometime followed by a gap also no need to worry about this .
