Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly applies zytee gel / dologel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity. you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel.r this will only help in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is also advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this problem. give fluidse / juices in diet to the child. see that child is not suffering from constipation. meet dr if not improving

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you can apply give over the area or also use metrogyl and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly since the child is also small which would be better and also safe
