#AskTheExpert My Son Ansh is 8 months 12 days old. he is suffering from cold and cough. we have referred pediatrician, he asked us to give him meds for 5 days...He is getting better but still have symptoms. should we continue medicines. please advise

A. the baby is more than eight months of age you may continue the same medicines prescribed by the doctor another 2 to 3 days for total recovery no need to use antibiotics
