#AskTheExpert My Son Ansh is 8 months 12 days old. he is suffering from cold and cough. we have referred pediatrician, he asked us to give him meds for 5 days...He is getting better but still have symptoms. should we continue medicines. please advise

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than eight months of age you may continue the same medicines prescribed by the doctor another 2 to 3 days for total recovery no need to use antibiotics
