AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. increase the water intake and fibre rich foods like papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia spinach beetroot etc in diet to get relief from constipation. Take care
