#asktheexpert My son(8 months old) is having wheezing. He is undergoing treatment with the help of nebulizer. How much time a day we should give nebulizer and for how long? Currently as advised by doctor we are giving 3-4 times a day for 4 days. Any side effects from this? Will he be having this Wheezing again. He was treated for it in his fifth month also. Thanks in advance doctor🙏

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem can give nebulization as per doctors advice 5 to 6 times a day. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
