Namaste Mom, Baby is ready for semi solid and mashed consistency foods, were in you can introduce the baby to foods 1 at a time and alternate with your feed, foods such as steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruis, kichidi, ragi, suji porridge and also home made cerelac as well
