#AskTheExpert my son 3years 8 months has frequent leg cramps. his food habits are quite good, he has a glass of milk everyday. can u please help address what could be the issue and how I can help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it can occur either due to calcium or vitamin b12 or vitamin d deficiency so it is important to meet your doctor and also sometimes it can occur due to iron deficiency
