A. Namaste Mom, Calcium and vitamin D Please try to make sure that the child is give sun light exposure , other is help her with massages, Include dry fruits & nuts , milk ,panner, legumes such as chana ,rajma etc , ragi , bajra etc Green leafy vegetables
