#AskTheExpert my son 3months old, he is not pooping 3 or 4 days once. is this normal? if this is normal, how many days longer maximum he can poop? thank you in advance

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drohps and some enzyme preparartions in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

A. Hello dear parent! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week, it is normal as long as your baby is active and normal. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
