POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. During this period when all the children are at home with minimum outside exposure, there eating patterns have changed a lot. As there is not much to do at home, their focus has shifted to eating junk food. But, it can be controlled too. Stop keeping packaged or junk food items at home. If baby insists, make a rule that he will get it only 1-2 times a week. If he drinks milk, make different foods from it and more so, engage him in making food for him. Ask him to put ingredients so that he gets involved. Be strict, yet polite as it will be beneficial for him only. Serve in colorful plates, bowl or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors to make food interesting. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time.
