#asktheexpert My son 3.6 yr old doesn't know how to rinse his mouth with water and spit it out so I don't use toothpaste while brushing his teeth, is it fine? Or if he swallows the toothpaste, Kidodent, that is also ok?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi.. it hapoenes.. but you need to make him spit up tge rise water n after brush foam.. demonstarate him about it on daiky basis, envourage for the same.
