#AskTheExpert my son 1 year 3 months old is suffering from cold ( running nose)and slight cough,and slight fever he has difficulty in breathing..he is not eating anything. I gave citrezen syrup 2 ml yesterday night and today morning.please suggest good one

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can continue the medicine for cold and also give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey water to the child and meet your doctor for other specific medicine kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
