#AskTheExpert My question is my son arijit sona is 18 months old and he is suffering from. fever and vomiting. please answer me how I will treat my son.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
please give paracetamol for fever
