#AskTheExpert My periods have started 8 weeks after delivery even though I have been breastfeeding/pumping this whole time. Used formula only rarely like 2-3 times in a week. What can be the reason.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. it's totally fine dear no need to worry for that it's just your body d-ring in healthy state you got your periods on time and no need to worry just maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping
