#AskTheExpert my one year baby girl weight not increased her birth weight is 3.77kg now 8.5kg she is eating every things but not increased weight

A. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight.As long as the baby is taking feeds and eating properly, poops and pees regularly and is active and healthy u need not worry much about the weight. Keep feeding the baby a balanced and healthy diet.
