There is no reason if it is a relaxing sound the child is not crying then don’t worry maybe your child is feeling more relaxed after passing motion like sometimes how you feel your stomach pain and you want to pass motion once you passed your system is clear you are happy so sometimes it is just relaxing sound that you are hearing
