Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. at present you can use nipple shield to feed the baby and take the help of lactation expert regarding flat nipples For further advice in this problem it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination appropriate investigations and proper advice please see your doctor once

Hi mommy Squeeze your nipple frequently Or use Babyhug breast pump Maintain hydration Give adequate feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables fenugreek ajwain to increase your milk supply More sucking leads to more milk Maintain hydration
