AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom no that is not normal. baby should start to walk as late as 18 months. As the baby is 2 years old now, u need to consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation of the baby
