ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's common, watery eyes are normal condition in young babies, because of nasolacrimal duct block . Do nasal massage on area between eyes and nose several times a day to open up the closed ducts.The tear duct obstruction usually clears for most babies by one year og afe. gd
