POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. The diaper should get heavier with urine every day, especially after the third day as your supply of breast milk increases. Once your baby is a week old, your baby should have 6 to 8 soaked diapers in 24 hours.
