#AskTheExpert my mother in law is 82 years old she is anxiety patient. She complains is jalan in hr body and choking of throat and acid in hr food pipe.

its better to take her to some doctors and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised.offr fibre rich diet

it happens because of acidity.
give cool milk to drink.
offer light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc.
keep body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
