manjusha tpMom of 2 children1 day agoA. hy .u can take lactare granules in milk 2 times per day.increase water intake upto 3 ltr . breast feed baby every 2 hrly.monitor urine output.it should be 6_8 times at least in 24 hrs .then you can confirm that baby getting enough milk

Include foods that contain methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf. You can get in touch with lactation consultant alternatively
