Q.

#AskTheExpert my menstrual cycle started within 2 months after baby birth?Is that normal?,also I feel more tired and stressed out while feeding my baby and facing period cramps aswell? Any suggestions?

A. it varies in all. some have period immediately and some Face amenorrhea till one year . take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
