ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest. you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac. also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding. banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits. potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed. . .

Hi mommy Give dal water Give seasonal fruits vegetables Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give ultra D3 drops Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
