Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is hard to comment here without proper assessment and clinijrecal examination in such a case so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to clear your queries and get proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history and examination so please consult nearby doctor once.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
