#asktheexpert .. my kids is too underweight she is just 13kg..please guide me how to increase her weight and immunity

A. Namaste Mom, Their diet can include dry fruits , nuts and seeds, Milk, - in form of fresh fruit milk shakes such as banana, avacado, chikku etc. Also you can include eggs if you prefer. legumes such as chana, rajma, lobia , black gram etc , stuff paranthas, ghee, panner, soya etc
