A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatmenst will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body dcannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

A. Then there could be one percent chance that but her kids are allergic to the similar kind of thing and which is why this could be happening so I would certainly advisor to get an allergy test done for both your kids and treatment would be suggested on that basis only
