#AskTheExpert my kids are falling sick a lot . cough cold and all. giving medicines but not recovering

A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go adway. get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem

A. hi such frequent infection Indicates low Immunity of child so please give Healthy diet. avoid giving outside food items frequently keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder daily in morning.
