#AskTheExpert my kids age 4 and 6 years sometimes complain of pain in legs. is this a sign of low calcium? what can be given to them for stronger bones?

A. Hello, your two kids are complaining of legs cramps at night times so give them calcium vitamin d3 supplements syrup Ossopan D 5 ml twice a day for three months
