Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay not related to low calcium ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

No sweating is not a sign of low calcium sometimes due to excessive heat in the body or higher body temperature sweat is bound to come so it’s not a problem at the child does not gain weight then you should check with the doctor they’ll give you proper guidance on that
