ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 years old now to he is mostly suffering from low hemoglobin levels in blood which cause muscle and bone pain after active day so consult with your pediatrician and get an iron and multivitamin supplement

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This is growing pain in babies. It will be fine as baby grows. So no need to worry. Massage ur baby legs with oil before sleeping to help baby to get relief from pain. Take care
