the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

give more water and fibre diet for constipation and if it is not improving you have to give constipation medicine

Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation
Increase the water intake and fiber rich food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia cabbage roti etc to get relief from constipation.
Avoid giving food that contains maida
Give ghee in warm milk before sleeping as natural laxative
