#asktheexpert my kid seems to be on a heavier side but is active and healthy do I need to be worried?

A. good morning I would recommend you to cut down on the consumption of too much of carbohydrates in the everyday diet just to give a healthy and balanced diet comprising of lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables
