#AskTheExpert My kid is not breastfeeding directly. My wife pumps and gives milk. Her nipples are small. Doctor suggested to feed from nipple shield. That is also not working. He doesn't like formula either. Will pumping milk manually affect my wife in the long run?

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question definitely not in fact it will help with keeping the milk supply and intact. I have used Philips Avent pump and it's very easy to use and convenient.
