#AskTheExpert my kid is 3 years old Except mornings she doesnt eat food rest of whol day She only asks for rusk or any hot items like mixture boondi or icecream choclate Except food and fruits anything she loves She is very thin and lean kindly help me out

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Then you have to be strict on the diet. Don't show or give junk food even if she demands. Encourage her through rewards. Give a sticker for every healthy meal she eats. Once she collects 10 stickers you can give a small gift. Tell her how she can earn the gift in prior.
