Q.

#AskTheExpert My kid is 3.1 yr old. hes active.. but he doesnt gain weight.. if he tries to gain.. he also looses his weight soon... his sleeping pattern is also not good.. he wakes up at 11am where in he misses his breakfast and sleeps at 2am at night.. he misses his meals many times.. how do i improve his sleep pattern..

A. good morning I would recommend you to avoid making the baby sleep in the daytime or evening this will help to make sure that the baby is able to sleep at a proper time at night so that the child is able to wake up in the morning
