#asktheexpert my kid is 2yrs old now he is not eating properly.. sometimes having pinkish dots on the sides of his lips..

Hello ma’am If your child is spitting out saliva or drooling then maybe these pink dots and because of that but still since I am not very sure about if that is the reason it would be best for you to consult your doctor ones regarding the same as without proper check up it’s difficult to comment on it
