POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hairball 8s common due to hormonal changes after delivery. To reduce it, inude protein and vitamin rich foods in the diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Massage scalp with mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil twice a week and wash with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week before washing will help too.
