#AskTheExpert my girl baby is 7months old.. she gets struggled while pooping and peeing.. but I gave enough water .. still this issue continues. any remedy?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. increase hydrayion and fibres for her,If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
