Include all food groups in her meals, give her home cooked, small meals, make sure she's active throughout the day. Monitor her sleep and water intake.
Try recipes which are calorie rich and nutrient dense like - paneer cheese sandwich, banana pancake, aloo tikki, peanut butter milkshake, sprouts uttapam, nuts ladoo, dal pakoda, palak rice, egg omelette.
Hope this helps!

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Eggs are power-packed with high quality proteins and healthy fats. One egg contains approximately 6 grams of protein. Daily consumption of eggs enhances muscle gain and weight gain in underweight children. Whole eggs also contain vitamin A and vitamin B12, which are required for the growth and development of a child.
