A. dear mum, a weight of 9.25 kg is a normal weight for your 1 year 1 month old baby. for healthy weight gain, Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 400 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
