#asktheexpert my face is getting reddish and slightly cracked due to winter have been using Nivea lotion but no use. kindly suggest best moisturizer for face and body

A. Hi parent You may use besan flour or baajra flour as a face wash You may take steam on your face . Take sunbath daily. Take Probiotics , Millets and fresh fruits more in your diet
