#AskTheExpert My elder son is 2 yrs and 6 months old.His weight is about 11 kg. .Is this ok mam? What shall i do to increse weight for both?

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning the weight seems to be on the lower side but no need to get worried it is not really bad this is the age where you can feed a baby with different food groups in the died by preparing different menu like including full cream milk milk shakes buttermilk Lassi nuts and dried fruits can be added take help of the Other dairy products different forms of dals and legumes
