Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods which is low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Na By the ETA that your child is in your child should be around 13 kgs your child is underweight by 2 KG and that’s not appropriate so you should work upon a diet plan that will help in increasing the weight and growth of the child overall and if needed you can consult a nutritionist as well
