Just the way you have been dealing with your pregnancy for last 32 weeks in the similar manner but since you are just two months away from your delivery I would advise you to consume good protein do at least walk 2000 to 2500 steps per day minimum and if you can increase and that is going to be good but don’t do risk and don’t exert yourself ask your doctor if you can do basic yoga posture for normal delivery that’s also going to help and keep yourself hydrated even in the winter season
